Channelview and Humble played to a 1–1 draw in a closely contested district girls soccer matchup that could have gone either way.

Humble opened the scoring with 33 minutes remaining in the first half, putting early pressure on Channelview. CV responded in the second half with 35 minutes remaining, equalizing off a corner kick that resulted in an own goal, bringing the match level.

Both teams continued to push for a late winner, but strong defensive organization and goalkeeping on both ends preserved the draw through the final whistle.
