Crossbar Academy League Week 9: Sunday Recap

Game 1: Crossbar CFC vs. Next Level FC (3:00 PM)

Crossbar CFC came out on top with a 2-1 victory over Next Level FC. Diego scored the opening goal for Crossbar, giving them an early lead, and Jonathon doubled the advantage with a second goal shortly after. However, Next Level FC responded with intensity, hitting the crossbar multiple times before finding the back of the net to pull one back. Despite their efforts, Next Level couldn’t find an equalizer, and Crossbar held on for the win, thanks to their clinical finishing and solid defense.

Game 2: Apostles vs. Longhorn FC (5:00 PM)

Jaramillo was the star of the match, scoring an impressive 4 goals and providing an assist as Longhorn FC dominated Apostles 9-0. Longhorn’s attacking strength was on full display as they overwhelmed Apostles with their high-paced offense. Jaramillo’s performance was a highlight, as he continued to find the back of the net and create opportunities for his teammates. Despite some solid defensive efforts from Apostles, Longhorn’s firepower was too much to handle, and they claimed a commanding victory.

Game 4: Real Houston vs. Houston International (6:00 PM)

Houston International secured a commanding 4-1 victory over Real Houston in a crucial match. Houston International took control early in the match, with a quick goal that set the tone for the rest of the game. Despite a late effort from Real Houston, Houston International's clinical finishing sealed the win.
