The sounds of música Mexicana filled Daikin Park as Fuerza Regida brought its "This Is Our Dream" Tour to Houston, giving fans a night centered around music and culture.
Known for blending traditional regional Mexican sounds with modern influences, Fuerza Regida has become one of the most recognizable names in today’s música Mexicana movement. The group was formed in San Bernardino, California, and gained attention for its unique approach to corridos, combining elements of música urbana, street influences, and contemporary production while staying connected to its Mexican roots.
The group is led by vocalist Jesús Ortiz Paz, also known as JOP, whose distinctive voice and energetic stage presence have become a defining part of Fuerza Regida’s identity.
