USSL Week 5 Recap: Regals and Real Houston Cruise to Convincing Wins

Houston Regals continued their dominant form in Week 5 of the USSL Spring season, securing a 3-0 win over Greenpoint to remain unbeaten and firmly in first place with 11 points. Regals were in full control from the outset, picking apart Greenpoint’s defense with composed buildup play and clinical finishing. The win keeps them at the top of the table and reinforces their status as the team to beat this season.

In the 6pm match, Real Houston matched the Regals' result with a sharp 3-0 victory over Houston SCA. The defending champions bounced back with purpose, controlling the midfield and punishing SCA's defensive errors. The win lifts Real Houston to 9 points and second place in the standings, keeping them within striking distance of the leaders.

With both sides showing title-winning form, the race at the top of the USSL is heating up heading into Week 6.
