Houston Dynamo FC continued its strong preseason form on Wednesday night, defeating Colombian side América de Cali 2-1 in an entertaining international friendly. An early goal from Duncan McGuire gave Houston the perfect start before América de Cali equalized just before halftime with a well-struck free kick. With the match seemingly headed for a draw, Ezequiel Ponce delivered the decisive moment in the closing minutes, scoring a stunning long-range winner to secure another positive result for the Dynamo.
