Tekker90 Houston Showcase

Houston’s soccer community came together as the Tekker90 Houston Showcase provided a stage for aspiring players to perform in front of college scouts, academy coaches, and semi-professional clubs. Held in Tomball, the one-day event offered athletes meaningful exposure and real opportunities to advance their careers.

Confirmed attendees included Houston Dynamo Academy (MLS Next Academy), Houston Christian University (D1), University of St. Thomas (D3), Prospect2Player, and AHFC Royals (USL2). A strong watchlist of programs also followed the action closely, including Sul Ross (D2), UIW (D1), and UPSL/USL2 sides such as Houston FC, Houston Sur, GFI, Lightning FC, and Real Houston.

The showcase featured players from leagues across Houston, representing the city’s diverse soccer landscape — from grassroots clubs to academy-level competition. For many, it was a rare chance to be evaluated directly by recruiters with clear pathways to the collegiate and professional game.

Adding to the professional atmosphere, the showcase was supported by Salt Athletic and Smartwater, whose presence helped elevate the overall experience for players and attendees.

With competitive sessions, high-energy matches, and constant evaluation throughout the day, the Tekker90 Houston Showcase once again highlighted the depth of soccer talent developing in the city.
