2026 New Balance Boys Team Tryout / Evaluation

On Sunday, December 7th, the 2026 New Balance Boys Team hosted their high school tryout/evaluation at Just Play HUMBLE, giving players the opportunity to earn a spot on the New Balance P32/E32 Circuit.

Players were locked in from the start and moved through a series of progression drills and competitive stations, including:

• Fast break progression

• Layup progression drills

• Kick-out shooting reps

• Triple-threat decision drills

• 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, and 4v4 competition

These drills allowed coaches to evaluate ball control, finishing, shooting, decision-making, spacing, communication, and overall basketball IQ.
Varsity players participated in non-contact stations but still maintained a high level of intensity.

Coaches focused heavily on effort, coachability, leadership, and how players handled instruction — not just scoring ability.
