US Soccer Prospects came out on top in a back-and-forth showdown, defeating Apostles FC 3-2 in a game full of early goals and momentum swings.

Prospects struck first in the opening minute, immediately setting the tone and catching Apostles off guard. In the 15th minute, Edgar Camacho (#21) brought Apostles level with a composed finish, tying it 1-1.

But Prospects responded before the break. In the 37th minute, Greg Ibanez (#10) broke through the defense and slotted home the second goal to make it 2-1. Apostles answered once again just before halftime—#10 converted in the 45th minute to send both teams into the locker room deadlocked at 2-2.
